Today I took my first Yoga class. It made me realize that we rarely take the time to be still and just breathe. It's amazing what a few minutes of that can do for your body and your soul.

I love the smell of take-out pizza in the box. It reminds me of going with my dad to pick up the pizza we ordered. I would hold the box in my lap on the ride home and it would feel so toasty and smell so delicious!
